The service includes the reception of goods, storage, movement registration, picking, inventory control, order preparation and coordination of shipments. Depending on the client's needs, it can also include order preparation, packing, labelling, cross-docking or reverse logistics.

What types of products can Nordlogway manage in its warehouses?

Nordlogway develops operations for the food, industrial, chemical, perfumery and cosmetics, large-scale distribution, e-commerce and life science sectors. The centre, processes and storage conditions are defined according to the characteristics of the product and its health, technical or safety requirements.

How can the client check and control their stock?

The platform integrated with Nordlogway's ERP allows you to check stock, control incoming and outgoing goods, and schedule shipments with full visibility of operations. The level of integration and available features are adapted to each client's systems and needs.

Can the logistics operation be adapted to peaks in demand or campaigns?

Yes. Nordlogway can adapt space, resources and preparation schedules to campaigns, seasonality, product launches or occasional growth. To guarantee service quality, work is based on the client's forecasts and operations are scaled according to the expected volume.

Can Nordlogway store chemical products and hazardous goods?

Yes. Nordlogway has an APQ warehouse registered with RITSIC under ITC MIE APQ 10, applicable to the storage of chemical products in mobile containers. Before starting an operation, the safety data sheet, product classification, quantity, type of packaging, incompatibilities and available capacity are reviewed to confirm that it can be managed safely and in compliance with regulations.

What does Nordlogway's picking service include?

Picking includes locating, selecting, verifying and preparing the products that make up an order. Nordlogway offers box picking and can integrate it with packing, labelling, documentation and shipping services, according to the requirements of each operation.

What is cross-docking and what are its advantages?

Cross-docking is an operation in which goods are received, classified or consolidated and then shipped out again with minimal time spent in the warehouse. It reduces storage time, handling and costs associated with stock, while speeding up distribution.

How does Nordlogway manage reverse logistics?

Nordlogway can coordinate the collection, reception, identification and classification of returned products. According to the criteria defined by the client, goods can be reincorporated into stock, sent to another destination or managed through the agreed process.
