As every year, at Nordlogway we have carried out our Customer Satisfaction Survey (ISC) to gain first-hand insight into our clients’ perception and to reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement.
In 2025, participation was very high, representing 70.22% of total turnover and 75.71% of our main clients. This broad sample has allowed us to obtain an accurate view of the satisfaction level, which reached an average score of 8.65 out of 10.
Clients highlighted the personalised attention, the professionalism of our team, and the quality of our service, as well as the value for money and agility in management—further establishing us as a trusted logistics partner. Nearly all surveyed clients would recommend Nordlogway, emphasising our closeness, reliability, and service-oriented approach.
