The first phase focuses on inbound reception and management. Containers, whether bulk or palletised, are unloaded under specific protocols for animal feed. The corresponding documentation is verified and full traceability of each batch is ensured from the moment it enters the warehouse. Product location is strategically planned according to rotation and typology, optimising picking efficiency.

The second phase corresponds to picking and order preparation. Coordination with the client is essential. We work based on shipping planning and specific order requirements, ensuring precision and agility. Our advanced inventory management systems provide real-time visibility, facilitating decision-making, preventing stock shortages and reducing incidents. Strict control of batches and expiry dates is also maintained, a key factor in the petfood sector.

The third phase is final distribution. Routes and deliveries are planned under operational efficiency criteria, optimising time and costs without compromising service levels. Real-time tracking ensures complete shipment traceability up to the final customer.

Regulatory compliance and specific guarantees for pet food

The entire process is carried out under the relevant regulatory framework. Nordlogway holds SANDACH certification and is registered in SILUM as an animal feed operator. Our warehouses have specific hygiene, ventilation and environmental controls to preserve product nutritional quality.
