VÍCTOR GASTÓN, THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF NORDLOGWAY

Víctor Gastón, with a long career path in the area of management and operations, took over from Sergi Tomàs as general manager of Nordlogway last June.

The family company trusted Víctor Gastón, who for 20 years had led the headquarters of the multinational Prysmian in Manlleu, a company known by the Osona county inhabitants as General Cable or Can Roqué. 

'Logistics is a strategic sector that contributes to competitiveness of any business as a key factor. I wanted a project in a sector with future and in a process of expansion.' The owners of Nordlogway state: 'We needed a person with a proven gift for leadership and management, and established in the area. Logistics is and will be, more and more, a strategic sector, and the new general manager must be capable of adapting the operations in Nordlogway to the new needs and opportunities that emerge, consolidating the brand and its growth in the market.

The headquarters of Nordlogway are in Manlleu, with its logistics and transport operational points in Manlleu, Torelló and Santa Perpetua de Mogoda. In June started expansion works of the facilities in the industrial estate Verdaguer in Manlleu, which consists of a new warehouse that will allow to rationalise and broaden logistics operations in Osona county.
