What do our clients think about us? Discover the results of the 2023 Customer Satisfaction Index

As we do each year, at Nordlogway we conducted our customer satisfaction survey to better understand our clients’ perspectives and strengthen our commitment to continuous improvement. Below are some key findings and actions we’re implementing.

Representation and overall rating:

This year’s survey had a participation rate representing 62.34% of revenue and 73.71% of our main clients, providing a comprehensive view of satisfaction levels, with an average rating of 8.66 out of 10.

What our clients value most:

  • Personalized attention, offering a closer, tailored approach to specific needs.
  • Quality and flexibility, both in management and in delivering solutions.
  • Price and service.

Cross-cutting actions and commitment to sustainability:

To ensure client satisfaction, we’re implementing various actions aimed at sustainability and efficiency, including:

  • ISO 9001 and 14001 Certification: maintaining a quality and sustainability management system.
  • Paper consumption reduction: achieving a 30.5% reduction in paper usage.
  • Selective waste collection points: promoting a more sustainable environment.

Specific Initiatives in logistics and transportation

In logistics, we reduced incidents by 24.64% and installed 130 solar panels at our warehouses for self-consumption. In transportation, we optimized routes with the VEOSAT platform and ensured 66.82% of shipments adhere to our environmental policy.
