For Nordlogway, sustainability means integrating environmental, social and governance criteria into its strategy, processes and relationships with stakeholders. The aim is to move towards more efficient, safer and more responsible logistics that generates long-term value.
Nordlogway promotes workplace safety, equal opportunities, professional development and strong ties with the local community. In 2025, average training reached 16.68 hours per employee (+96% compared with 2024), with a 90% completion rate of the Training Plan. 100% of employees received training on equality, non-discrimination and workplace harassment, and no occupational accidents resulting in sick leave were recorded. The company also collaborated with local social, educational and business organizations.
Nordlogway works to reduce emissions, improve energy efficiency, promote circularity and increase the use of renewable energy. In 2025, it calculated a carbon footprint of 2,524.11 tCO₂eq: 60.55 tCO₂eq from Scope 1, 40.21 tCO₂eq from Scope 2 and 2,423.35 tCO₂eq from Scope 3, which accounted for approximately 96% of the total. 98% of the waste managed was recycled or recovered, while overall energy consumption decreased by 2.31% compared with 2024. Nordlogway also has photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 80 kWp in Manlleu and 36 kWp in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
The company strengthens its governance through its Code of Ethics, conduct policies, compliance training, a whistleblowing channel and certified management systems. In 2025, 100% of employees had signed the Code of Ethics, 10 hours of compliance training were provided per person, and no reports were received through the whistleblowing channel. In terms of information security, Nordlogway is ISO 27001 certified and complies with the requirements of the NIS2 Directive.
The main environmental challenges are to reduce emissions from logistics operations, decrease waste generation, reduce material consumption and increase energy efficiency, self-consumption and the use of renewable sources.
